Shipping Policy Basics
- We process orders Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm US Central Time. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
- Shipments originate from our fulfillment center in St. Paul, MN, USA (ZIP Code 55125).
- Customers will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number once the order has shipped.
- Please log in to your account to check order status. Contact us if there are no updates within 48 hours.
- Undeliverable shipments will be resent after customer communication.
- Customers are responsible for second shipping attempts if the error is theirs.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Shipping costs vary based on location and product weight.

- Applies to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- Valid for APO/FPO addresses with a U.S. ZIP Code.
- Only valid for addresses accepted by USPS.
- Not available for Canada or international orders.
- Weekend delivery is not guaranteed.
- Can be combined with promotional codes.
- Available only for non-clearance items.

Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment approval.
- Payment verification may delay processing.
- Ensure billing address is correct to avoid delays.
- PayPal eCheck may take up to 5 business days.
Transit Time
- Orders under 1 lb: USPS First Class Mail.
- Orders 2 lbs or more: UPS Ground.
- Customers receive email notification after shipment.

Shipping to Canada - CBSA
By ordering goods from FosPower, you authorize Asendia USA to act as your agent to handle customs clearance with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA).
Duties and taxes will be processed through the broker. Refunds for returned merchandise will be handled by FosPower.
You also authorize the customs broker to endorse any refund cheque issued by CBSA on your behalf.
